Congratulations to Chris Clifton our April 2026 Volunteer of the month

Chris Clifton has served as a committed volunteer with Keep Hutt Valley Beautiful for the past six years. 

Chris attends almost every event, consistently assisting with both setup and breakdown. He often arrives an hour ahead of the scheduled start to ensure he can begin collecting rubbish and help set the tone for the day. Chris generously uses his van to ferry collected bags of rubbish, as well as larger items such as car tyres and discarded whiteware to designated collection points, making a significant impact on the efficiency and success of each event.

Chris Clifton’s dedication, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond makes him a deserving Volunteer of the month. His actions exemplify community spirit and environmental stewardship, and his ongoing efforts have contributed greatly to keeping Hutt Valley beautiful.
