MARCH VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

Many people in the Hastings District would have seen Dorinda Williams out and about in Flaxmere being a tidy kiwi…This amazing volunteer has spent nearly 20 years picking up litter everyday in the District! Dorinda not only works but dedicates 1-2 hours a day picking up litter while out exercising and getting some fresh air.

Passionate people like Dorinda are at the heart of and the reason why Hastings was awarded New Zealand’s most beautiful city in 2015.
