28 Feb 2017 Congratulations to Peter Hallinan from Christchurch who is the February winner of the New Zealand Couriers Volunteer Of The Month.Peter can regularly be seen in a kayak, armed with rubbish bags, a grab stick and gloves fishing rubbish out of the Avon in Christchurch.
