Whangamata Beach Clean Up

The Whangamata Area School Enviro Group would like to invite you to help us clean up our beach

Judged NZ’s best beach in 2018 and runner up in 2021, Whangamata beach is our best asset, and we would like to keep it that way. All community members and beach users are invited to attend this Community Event to take part in Keep New Zealand Beautiful’s Clean Up Week.

Please bring your own gloves and reusable bag to collect rubbish if you have them. We will have a small supply available to use if you forget your own, however we would like to keep new resources used reduced to a minimum.

Where: Williamson Park, Whangamata
