PORIRUA INLET CLEAN UP

Join Keep Hutt Valley Beautiful and Petone Beach Clean Up Crew on Sunday 14th Dec for our last beach clean-up of the year 2025

Date; 14th December
Location; Porirua inlet, behind the Porirua Pak’nSave Parumoana Street. beach clean-up flags will clearly be seen for the meeting point.
Time; 10am to midday.

bags and grabbers will be supplied, please bring gardening gloves if you own some
.If you want to cross the inlet at low tide, be prepared to get wet up to waist height. if you want to stay dry there are plenty of areas around the inlet to clean. I suggest wearing gumboots in case you want to walk out onto the sand flats as the tides goes out.

all ages welcome and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
