PETONE BEACH CLEANUP

Hi Everyone
Due to the large amount of litter washed up at Petone beach with this weeks Southerly gales, Petone Beach Clean Up Crew and Keep Hutt Valley Beautiful are holding a joint beach clean up .

DATE Sunday 24th August
TIME 9:30am to 11am
LOCATION The Western end of Petone Beach (Bunnings end) enter at Honiana Te Puni Reserve ,turn left into the dog walking carpark , beach clean up flags will clearly be seen as you enter the area.

bags and grabbers are supplied , please bring gardening gloves if you own some .
all ages welcome and this is a dog friendly beach , so doggies most welcome .

A hot drink and biscuits will be supplied after the event.
