HUTT ROAD HIKE

May 31 @ 12:30 am 1:00 am

Join us to clean up the Hutt Road old cycle and walking track which is drowning in rubbish.
This event is not for the faint hearted.
We will be meeting at 9.00am at Honiana Te Puni Reserve at 9.00am for a safety briefing. We will provide everything you need but please wear suitable footwear and clothing. You will be given the gear you need and then taken by minibus to Ngauranga to start the walk back to Petone. Once you start walking there is no exit strategy as you have the motorway on one side and the railway line on the other. You need to be able to walk the whole way. Bring some water and snacks to have on the journey. We are expecting it to take 3 to 4 hours and will have drinks and nibbles waiting for you back in Petone.
This will be weather dependent so please check Facebook on the morning of the event.

FREE! JUST TURN UP AND DO YOUR THING
