Ashley Rakahuri River Clean Up

Come join Waimakariri Youth Council and Ashley Rakahuri Rivercare Group this Clean-Up Week!

9.30-10am: Meet at the rest area just after the SH1 bridge over the Ashley-Rakahuri River.
10am: Safety briefing led by EcoEducate
10.15am: get going!
12pm: BBQ up and running for sausage sizzle
12.30pm: final debrief.

Bring sturdy shoes, weather appropriate clothes, suncream, water and snacks (plus any dietary requirements for BBQ). Some gloves and rubbish bags will be provided but please bring buckets and/or gloves if you have them!
