YRE 2017 RESULTS
YRE HOME | RESOURCES | RULES |2017 RESULTS | EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Congratulations to all of our winners in the Young Reporters For The Environment (YRE) programme, run in New Zealand. Keep New Zealand Beautiful is the national operator for this internationally accredited competition which is run under the Foundation For Environmental Education banner (FEE). This year KNZB evolved the programme to focus on the major issue of litter by partnering with Wrigley to adopt the YRE Litter Less Campaign.
Each of the winners will receive an invite to our Winners Workshop which is sponsored by The University Of Auckland. At the Workshop, the students will have the opportunity to attend sessions run by experts in the journalism and environmental fields. Our winners will have their submission published in the news section of the Keep New Zealand Beautiful website and all First Place winners will be put forward for the international Young Reporters competition.
Expressions of interest are now being taken for the Young Reporters For The Environment programme in 2018. If your school is interested in taking part, click here to find out more.
Thank you to Wrigley and University of Auckland for sponsoring Young Reporters For The Environment in 2017.
