Thank you for your interest in holding a clean up event in your community! Please register your details using the form below.

If you are interested in registering a clean up event for G.J. Gardner Homes Clean Up Week which runs from 7-13 September then please click here

In an effort to reduce our use of plastics, Keep New Zealand Beautiful is no longer encouraging the use of single use resources such as plastic bags and gloves. We recommend you use common household items such as buckets and gardening gloves to minimise the waste from your clean up event. We do make available a free guide with information and suggestions regarding tools and materials, amongst other handy bits, so please make sure you download and review this free Clean Up Guide to find out all you need to know about organising your event.

If absolutely necessary for your clean up, we do have a limited number of free plastic bags and gloves available. Please click here to be taken to the request form for these. Please note; you must first register your event on this page before requesting a clean up kit.

Before you fill out this form please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions and ensure that you have read and understood them.

We request all groups to fill in an evaluation form and submit it to Keep New Zealand Beautiful within 10 working days of your event. You will be provided with an evaluation link which you can fill in online. The evaluation form will only take a couple of minutes of your time and includes a few questions about the type of rubbish you have collected, an approximate weight of the collected rubbish and gives you the option to upload a few images, should you wish us to promote your event through our marketing channels. The data you provide helps us calculate crucial statistics regarding community clean ups, and how we can best further support your efforts.

Click here to view evaluation link so you know what types of information we need!
