DESCRIPTION:Let’s beautify Papakura. Are you ready?On the 29th of May 2021\, from 9:45 am -12 pm we’re getting together to clean\, sweep\, paint\, weed\, wash windows and pick up rubbish.As a BIG ‘thank you’ for all the hard work\, we plan to celebrate with a good old Kiwi BBQ\, free for all those who pitch in.Please wear closed in shoes and clothing suitable for painting and bring medication you may require (asthma\, allergies).Gloves\, hi-vis vests\, and all equipment will be provided.This is an eco-friendly event\, water & paper cups are provided\, please bring your own refillable drink bottle if you prefer.To register as a volunteer please get in contact with Paula via email paula@mbct.org.nz or (09) 269 4080. Please do advise if you are interested in attending so we can cater accordingly.We would like to thank our partners who make these events possible like Auckland Council\, Papakura Local Board\, The Papakura Business Association.Meet at 57 Wood St. Papakura by the Old School Building.
