G.J. Gardner Homes Clean Up Week Evaluation Form

Thank you so much for organising a clean up in your local community. Keeping New Zealand beautiful is a mammoth job and we couldn't do it without you!

KNZB is a registered charity and every year we have to procure funds to be able to run our programmes and provide clean up kits free of charge to groups who request them. With your help we can produce a credible report that shows just how big and successful our clean ups are throughout the year. With accurate participation numbers, information about the litter collected and some supporting photos it really helps us to secure the necessary funds for the following year. We would really appreciate if you can take 5 minutes to fill out the following details about your clean up.

This year we're giving you the chance to win an awesome KNZB prize pack for sending through your five best photos from your clean up event. Simply complete the evaluation form below and send it through to us with your best photos by 30 September 2019 and you'll go in the draw to WIN a KNZB Beach Bag and a Limited Edition Reusable Coffee Cup, T-shirt and Hoody*.

There is also a Go-Pro up for grabs for site supervisors who return their evaluation forms by 30 September too.
